LEGACY is one of the last in a long line of classic designs from the talented William Tripp Jr who started his design career with Sparkman & Stephens then went on to design for Hinckley Pearson and Le Comte among others.Custom built by the Kettenburg Boat Yard in San Diego. Hull constructed byColumbia. Solid fiberglass hull construction with teak deckhouse and beautifully finished interior including two private staterooms aft galley and full dinette. Perkins 85hp diesel and Panda generator inverter.LEGACY has been continually upgraded with modern equipment electronics and sails. The aft cockpit electric winches roller furling and stack pack main make her very easy to sail.LEGACYs decks have been completely refurbished. Old paint and non-skid completely removed. New fiberglass where needed. All new paint & non-skid. (Jan 2012) New Panda generator installed. (1 hr.)
