1978 Catalina Sailboat - 27 ft. - Atomic 4 cylinder engine !!

1976 Catalina 27' Sail Boat! This Boat is in great condition.
It has an Atomic 4 inboard motor which runs perfect, was rebuilt and has no problems... ever. Love the reliability of this engine, starts right up...every time.
Has been well taken care of. The interior is in great condition, no rips/stains. All the teak was recently sanded down and stained. Has a alcohol stove and a microwave and sink. Sails are in good condition, only problem is the roller furling is missing a pin on the mast, so you have to pull the jib sail up instead of roll it out..not big deal. IT STILL SAILS PERFECT.
Boat comes with all blue covers and two bags of sails, comes with charcoal and propane bbq that attach on back. Many more litle extras.
Currently the boat is in our slip in Driscoll Mission Bay, possibility of slip transfer, slip fees are around $10.50 per foot! Its very easy to find people on craigs list that are willing to share the monthly slip cost with you too.
