This boat is in better than expected condition for the age of the boat. The owner has taken care of this boat and this boat is ready to sail right now.
There are only a couple of minor cosmetic items that need to be addressed and as with any boat you would want to make it your own.
The instruments and electronics all work perfectly. Everything on this boat is where it should be and the boat is kept in tip top shape.
With that being said the boat is a 1987 Catalina 34 and does need constant care against the elements and the current owner has done a great job of keeping her clean.
The exterior is in really nice shape but could use some minor TLC to shine her up.
The interior is in very good shape and actually better than I expected. Very little wear damage to anything inside and the cushions for the interior seating are really in nice shape.
The sails on this boat are close to new and of course are in great shape. Riggings and lines are all in good shape and function as designed.
The engine is in very good working order.
There have been a lot of upgrades done to this boat with upgraded navigation, autopilot, digital depth/knot meter and GPS.
